Frequently Asked Questions And Shipping

When will my order be sent out?

I aim to send everything out by the next business day, anything ordered from Friday evening to Sunday will be packaged and sent out on Monday. 

How much is shipping for my order?

UK Shipping is at a flat rate of £5 - I send out everything using Royal Mails 48hrs Tracked service, so this fee is to cover that as well as cost of packaging materials for your orders. 

Do you really design everything?

Yes everything you see here is illustrated by me and made as sustainably as possible. I love drawing and am lucky to be able to do it as part of my job. 

What size tshirt should I get?

The tshirts are eco- friendly and unisex with a nice baggy fit - please refer to the size guide below for exact measurements.

How should I look after my tshirt?

I recommend washing them at 30 degrees (inside out if you want to help keep the print look fresh for longer). Cool iron on the inside if needed (don't iron on the print) and do not tumble dry. The shirts are made from 100% cotton using wind and solar power.

What are your greetings cards made from?

All my greetings cards are printed to order on reycled card using my Canon printer, they measure slightly smaller than A6 when folded. Each card comes with a recycled paper envelope.

Can I dishwash my coasters?

Do not dishwash your coasters - they are suitable for wiping clean but I wouldn't recommend submerging them in water due to the cork backing.

How big are your coasters?

All coasters measure approximately 9.4cm across (both the round and square ones). See a coaster you like but don't like the shape? Drop me a message and I can get in printed on a different shape for you.

I'm not happy with my order, can I return it?

I accept returns within 30days of you receiving your order. Drop me an email and I can give you the address to send the return to - the products have to be in a re-sellable condition for a full refund to be issued (however, you are responsible for the cost of posting it back to me). If your product is faulty I will issue you a full refund and send you out a new one. 

How do I look after my stickers?

Vinyl stickers are water resistant - I'd recommend gently handwashing them if they're on your waterbottle, don't put them through the dishwasher.

Can I put stickers from the sticker set on my waterbottle? I wouldn't recommend it as they aren't water resistant. These stickers are designed for journalling, scrap booking or popping into a clear phone/kindle case as decoration. 

Will my product look exactly the same as in the photo?

There may be some colour differences between the photos and the product in real life. If you're unhappy with your order please email me at duckeggdesignsco@gmail.com.
